With colourful designs and traditional techniques, cross stitch has been a firm favourite amongst crafters for generations – and right now it’s bigger than ever. According to a survey conducted by Brother Sewing, one in five Brits (21%) picked up their needles and got stitching during lockdown, and the trend doesn’t look to slow down any time soon. We caught up with four of our favourite cross stitch designers to find out more about this colourful artform.
